2. What Data We Collect and Why

We only collect your email address. We collect this for the sole purpose of sending you a one-time notification regarding the status and "launch" of the grabhold.now project.

• Legal Basis: Consent. By entering your email, you are asking us to contact you about this specific project.

3. How We Use Your Data (The "One-Time" Rule)

We promise not to be "that" company.

• We will send you one (1) email explaining the reality of grabhold.now.
• In that email, we will provide an optional link to join our actual newsletter (Nordcraft's).
• We will not automatically subscribe you to any other lists.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

We practice "Data Minimization." Once the "Reveal Email" has been sent, your email address will be permanently deleted from the grabhold.now database within 30 days.

5. Third-Party Service Providers

We use Resend to deliver the notification. They are contractually obligated to protect your data and are not permitted to use your email for their own purposes.

6. Your Rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, or erase your data. However, since we delete the data almost immediately after the notification is sent, we likely won't have anything to delete by the time you ask!
